Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone. Our friendly staff will facilitate your appointment. Time is allocated for emergency appointments every day. We welcome new patients! State of CT patients insured under the Husky program up to age 21 are welcome.
Financial
We will be happy to estimate the cost of your dental treatment .
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover as much as possible from your insurance benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, payment plans are available and in many cases there will be 0% carrying charges. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice by directly contacting the office at (860) 875-0791.We can not accept any cancellations or appointments from this website.This advance notice will allow us the opportunity to serve patients who may be in need of emergency care. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
